Situated on the Turistic Corridor on Contorno Road in a elegant and very exclusive private village just 20 minutes from downtown. This private village is between the sea and the Atlantic Forest; there is a beach with deck, tennis court, playground and helipoint. It is completely surrounded by trees and gardens.

The house is alongside the sea, in a rocky coast. All dependences are very well decorated; all of them with conditioned-air and ceiling-fan;

Superior floor:

• 4 suítes with Tv, two laterals ones with 2 single beds each one, more two bedrooms in front on the sea with double beds and a porch;

Inferior Floor:

• 1 suite with bi-cama for single;
• a big room with two environments: a dining-room with a table for dinner for 8 people; a living-room: sofas, armchairs, sound equippment, Tv 29".Beside there is toilet.
• a very well equipped kitchen, a balcony where you go to a big room;
• a lateral varanda (deck)going to the dining-room and a big varanda in front of the beach with armchairs and table for games;

Terreo Floor (level of the sea):

• living-room with armchairs,
• balcony like a bar with frigobar and eletric stove;
• bathroom;

A big deck (solarium) over the sea, with pool, tables, chairs for the beach and deck for the boats.
